Another fantastic experience with the staff of Ford of Galesburg. My Bronco sport developed a small coolant leak. Took it in for a 1:30pm appt and left at 3:30 with a new water pump installed and the problem solved. Their service department kept me informed every step of the way. It is clear the new owners have customer service as their number 1 priority! Keep up the great work!!

Galesburg Ford is purely customer driven and is always willing to go out of their way to make every customer happy. My service advisor Ashley kept me in the loop every part of the way while my truck was being repaired. She was polite and answered all my questions. Wish every business had one just like her.

The service was good after they correct the first problem that they said was parts related. It took two weeks to perform what should have been a three or four day repair. However they did provide a loaner car. Everyone was very nice during the process and communicated regularly during the service period.
Wonderful to deal with, texting updates made communication clear, precise, and easy to trace. Answered all questions I had and never left me guessing

It's not so much the service department we are unhappy with, it's the Ford Company. We can't even list all the things the company kept wanting looked at and some of it by a specialist before they finally decided to put a new motor in our car. Which after we were told would be done the following week it was still a month later before the car was ready. Our car was in the shop for 5 months and not once were we offered a loaner car. Very accommodating Erick explained what needed done and gave frequent updates. When it was taking longer than expected, he gave me a loaner car so I could go get lunch.
Friendly welcoming laidback Okay Dylan was so nice. Also there was no push back when David asked for new tires and an oil change Vincent didn't pressure me when I declined certain up sales.
Vehicle towed. Received estimate. Way out of line. They did perform the recall service, so they got paid by Ford for an inoperable vehicle. Had vehicle towed to anther facility. Repairs will cost more than $3000 LESS than they quoted!

I realize it is still new, They are getting better with details. Service desk was very good.
Got me in pretty quickly but had to come back 2 more times to have problem fixed.
Everyone i talked to was very helpful to try figuring out the problem more help on Monday morning

They were fast and did a good job. One problem they told me there would be no charge because I had points I could use. My husband took the car in and they charged him for the oil change. I called I think her name was Becky and she never called me back.

Sold me oil change for life because I was over 65. 15000 miles on the 3rd oil change I got charged over $40. Dealer stated rules changed January 1. Must be going broke. Anyway, got into a bit of exchange of word with service dealer. In the end, he stated he would talk to sales and get back to me. No such call. This dealership has the most courteous, helpful staff. I just had them change my oil on my Ford escape and they did a pick up and delivery on my vehicle. This is definitely a valuable service for people who don't have time to wait while their car is being serviced. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Another great experience at Ford of Galesburg. This is the only place I get my oil changed, but I used the shuttle/pick up option for the first time! It was so convenient to have my car picked up, serviced, and returned. I bought a 2014 Jeep in November and you have not figured out why my tire sensor keeps not working correctly and now I just spent $1100 on a complete front brake job which my mechanic said this problem had to be going on when I bought the Jeep because of how bad the rotors and pads looked. As far as I am concerned you will never get business from my family again and I fully intend to share my story in every public way that I can

We were passing through the area this week when my engine light came on. I called Ford of Galesburg and spoke to Haley in service. She said to bring the vehicle in, and they would get right on it. Haley was outstanding for getting me in as quickly as she did. They cleared the error code for an emissions component and said to continue on our trip home which was another hour away. All was great except service tech broke my glove compartment door when he checked my cabin filter 2020 f150. I found it later when I changed the filter. He never confessed. I had to fix it myself. They quoted well over $100.00 to change engine&cabin filters. I did both for $30.00 in 20 minutes
