Fill the F-150 Food Drive
When local families face food insecurity, the Galesburg Ford team responds with action. Our Fill the F-150 Food Drive brought together customers, staff and community members for a powerful initiative that collected essential supplies for neighbors in need.
Throughout November 2025, we invited everyone to help us literally fill a Ford F-150 with non-perishable food items. The response was incredible -- our community donated 815 pounds of food that went directly to FISH of Galesburg, a local food pantry, along with additional cash contributions from our staff members.
We made participation rewarding for everyone involved. Customers who brought six canned goods received $25 service or trade-in boosts, and every donor was entered into a special raffle featuring prizes like a 65-inch Roku TV and $200 Target gift card. We also provided turkey coupons and desserts as our way of saying thank you for joining this important cause.
Drive 4 Ur Community Partnership
Supporting youth development programs requires creative approaches, and our Drive 4 Ur Community event delivered exactly that for the Knox County YMCA. This Ford-sponsored initiative turned test-drives into direct funding for local kids and families.
The concept was simple but powerful -- for every test-drive completed during our community event, Ford donated $30 to support YMCA programs. We raised $2,010 that went directly to Knox County YMCA, funding activities and resources that strengthen young people throughout our region.
What made this partnership special was seeing neighbors discover new Ford vehicles while simultaneously supporting an organization that impacts hundreds of local families. The YMCA provides essential services from childcare to fitness programs, and every test-drive literally drove positive change for our community's future.
